fillpost Privacy Policy

fillpost is a product of SmithAI LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us”). This Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use the fillpost app and fillpost.app.

1. Who is responsible

SmithAI LLC is responsible for personal information processed for fillpost. Stripe, Inc. and its affiliates process payment and identity information as our payment processor and, for sellers, as the provider of Stripe Connect Express. Apple provides Sign in with Apple.

2. Information we collect

Account. Sign in with Apple identifier, name if you share it, and a relay or real email if Apple provides one. You self-certify that you are 18 or older. We do not collect a government ID for that check.

Orders. SKU or specification, condition, posted price, quantity, ship-to address when a Fill occurs, and Order status. The Order is public as to spec, condition, and price. You are not identified on the public board.

Proof and shipping. Photos you upload as proof, upload time, tracking numbers, and carrier events we receive.

Payments. Stripe identifiers, last four and brand of a card, authorization and capture events, Connect account status for sellers, payout events. We do not store full card numbers or bank account numbers on our servers.

Device and app. Device type, OS version, app version, approximate network data, and push token if you allow notifications.

Waitlist. Email you submit on fillpost.app to be told when fillpost is in the App Store. smithai.llc does not collect a waitlist.

Support. If you email us, the content of that message. The product has no in-app chat.

3. How we use it

We use this information to operate the board; authorize, capture, void, refund, and transfer funds; run proof and tracking clocks; show Order status; send transactional push and receipt email; prevent fraud and abuse; meet law and card-network rules; and keep the service reliable. We do not use proof photos to train public models. We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

4. Notifications and email

Push is the primary channel for Fills, clocks, voids, delivery, the report window, payouts, and drops. Email is a receipt backup for voids, payouts, reports, and refunds. We do not send marketing blasts. Waitlist email is sent when fillpost is in the App Store. You may disable non-required push in system settings. Clock deadlines still run if a notification is off or unseen.

5. How we share it

Sellers and buyers see what the Order requires: spec, price, condition, ship-to after Fill, proof status, tracking. They do not receive a public profile of the other person.

Stripe receives what it needs to process payments, Connect onboarding, disputes, and payouts. Apple receives what Sign in with Apple requires. Carriers receive tracking you submit. Hosting and device-notification vendors process data to run the app.

We may share information if required by law or to protect rights and safety. If SmithAI LLC is sold, or fillpost is sold as part of it, personal information may transfer to the buyer as part of that sale. We do not sell personal-information lists.

6. Retention

Tax and payment records are kept for 7 years. Records of a dispute are kept until the dispute ends, plus 2 years. Other personal information is deleted within 30 days after you delete your account, except a voided Fill may remain on Order history as an event with your name removed. Waitlist email is kept until we send the App Store notice or you ask to be removed, and then deleted within 30 days.

7. Your choices

You may request access or correction by emailing hello@fillpost.app. You may delete your account by emailing hello@fillpost.app. Deletion is subject to the retention periods above. Sign in with Apple can be revoked in Apple ID settings. Seller Connect can be managed in Stripe’s Express dashboard. California and other state privacy rights, where they apply, may include the right to know, delete, and opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, so there is no sale or share to opt out of.

8. Children

fillpost is not directed to children under 13. Users must be 18 or older. Age is self-certified at account creation. We delete accounts we learn are under 18.

9. Security

We use access controls and Stripe-hosted card collection. No method is perfect. Do not send card numbers to hello@fillpost.app.

10. Cookies

fillpost.app does not set non-essential cookies. We do not use advertising cookies. A separate cookies page is not published because there is nothing else to list. If that changes, this Policy will show a new effective date.

11. International

We operate from the United States. If you access fillpost from elsewhere, information is processed in the United States.

12. Photos

You keep rights in photos you upload. The Company may use them only to operate Fills, disputes, and trust and safety.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy. The date at the top will change. Material changes will be posted on fillpost.app.
